Mental Health has become a more accessible issue while we endlessly search for happiness.  Unfortunately, bad habits for mental health are more common than we may even realize.

As life continually becomes connected via the internet and social media, it also becomes less personal at the same time.

While the dawning of this new age is not the cause for being “unhappy”, sometimes it may just be best to unplug and hit the ground running….literally.

Whether we are currently fighting depression or floating on cloud nine, happiness is something we must continually work for.  Being aware of bad habits is a start but the hard work to achieve mental health and happiness doesn’t stop there.
